Spicewalla x Sarilla Lime Ginger Nimbu Pani

This flavorful twist on the classic Indian limeade combines tangy lime juice, a pinch of Spicewalla Chaat Masala, and the fizzy warmth of Sarilla Ginger Antioxidant Spritzer. With a Himalayan Pink Salt rim and just the right balance of sweet, salty, and spicy, it’s a drink that’s ready to impress—whether you’re hosting or treating yo' self. 🍋✨

Ingredients

Juice of 3 limes (a little less than ½ cup), plus more for garnish

⅛ tsp Spicewalla Chaat Masala

1 Tbs honey or agave nectar (we love this honey from Bushwick Kitchen)

12 oz can of Sarilla Ginger Antioxidant Spritzer

Spicewalla Pink Himalayan Salt for garnish

Preparation

  1. Combine the lime juice, chaat masala, honey, and Sarilla Ginger Spritzer in a large mason jar or small pitcher. Stir or whisk together very well to combine.  Taste and adjust to your liking.
     
  2. Pour out some Himalayan Pink Salt onto a small plate. Rub a slice of lime around the rim of your serving glasses and dip into the salt to create a salt rim. 
     
  3. Add a generous amount of ice to the glass and pour in the Nimbu Pani. 
     
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
